As the only government licensed independent school in Wanzhou, Accolade English Institute legally employs the services of teaching professionals from all over the world. In 2008, Accolade English Institute was awarded “Best English Tuition Center” by the Wanzhou District Branch of The ChongQing Municipal Education Commission. In 2009, Accolade English Institute sent ten students to “The Star of Outlook English Talent Competition”, which is the most renowned English competition in ChongQing. Eight of these students advanced to the semi-final, with two progressing to the final in Beijing, which was broadcast on CCTV 10. Important information for potential applicants: (1) Preference will be given to experienced applicants who hold a degree in any discipline, in addition to a TESOL certificate (or equivalent qualification). (2)Preference will be given to native English speakers, unless the applicant is able to demonstrate a neutral or naturalised accent during a telephone interview. (3) Preference will be given to applicants who are flexible and capable with regards to the levels at which they are willing to teach. (4) Accolade English Institute is a non-denominational and politically neutral work environment.
