We are seeking a customer service representative to join our B2C customer service team. You will be dealing with our retail customers directly via phone, live support & emails

The candidate will have the following competencies
- Fluent in German with good writing skills
- Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Have a positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward in career
- Have excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Have a valid VISA to stay in China or Chinese citizen
- Open to different call center shift hours.

The successful candidate will be performing the following
- Handle retail customer inquiries for the German  markets (depending on language skills Chinese or English Market as well)
- Deal with customers daily via Live Support, Email and Phone
