Sales Director (Location: Shanghai, China)

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values

2. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales team

3. Creating customized and innovative proposals and negotiating commercial contracts, based on a real expertise and a strong involvement

4. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

5. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

6. Coordinate sales activity with other sales divisions within Group and with internal departments involved in the sales effort (Marketing/ Development & Operation Departments)

7. Reinforce company’s position in the market

The Ideal candidates must have the following characteristics:

1. Hands on approach with a sense of entrepreneurship suitable to medium size BU

2. Good rapport-building skills

3. Good development skills

4. Anticipation, reactivity and realization skills

5. Analytical listener

6. Communicates well and enjoys teamwork

7. Rigorous, Determined, Organized

8. Creative

9. University degree or above, major in marketing / business / management, MBA holder would be an advantage

10. Minimum 10 years’ experience in areas of sales development and team management with strong self-motivation
