MISSION:
-The SI Project Office Manager/Analyst is the owner of the process of the creation and monitoring of the IS/IT project portfolio for one or several business entities at Zone or Group level, and gives the Project Leaders the necessary support for project excellence. ”Project Leaders” means Business Project Leader AND IS/IT Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Facilitate the alignment of the SI project portfolio with the business Michelin strategy and objectives
-Ensure that the right projects are launched at the right time
-Align the SI portfolio with the Michelin architecture strategy
-Guarantee the pertinence of the KPI extracted from the project portfolio
-Assist Project Leaders in achieving the success of their projects
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 5 years project management experience, PMP certification is preferred
-Experience in managing vendors or outsourcing activities
-Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
-Adequate IT infrastructure knowledge to understand situation in projects with assistance from internal/external experts
-Finance knowledge. Budget control awareness
-Strong initiation and high sense of responsibility and ownership.
