SPOC for Global & Regional client contacts including human resources, managers and employees regarding global immigration processes, procedures, timelines and service fees
Primary driver in developing new immigration business together with the Santa Fe corporate sales teams
Develop sales presentation specific to immigration solutions
Working with the teams to document, publish and train on global visa processes, procedures, timelines and service fees
Problem resolution, acting as the China escalation point for any issues and/or concerns raised by human resources, managers, employees, global service providers, etc.
Conducting regular client ‘ Performance Review Meetings’ to review current case activity, ensure clients’ needs are being met and make recommendations for process improvements, taking account of trends in the market together with clients’ business needs
Working with the team to identify, participate in and/or lead global projects which provide processes, tools, collateral and necessary training relating to the enhancement of the immigration business
Working with teams to develop cost effective, practical solutions that enable and support the immigration business
Review immigration agreements/contracts prior to submission to Management for final approval..
