The service is FREE and provided in 17 languages.
The Shanghai Call Center Co., Ltd. not only has successfully operated this core hotline, but also other commonweal phone services such as Shanghai World Expo Hotline (number: +86 21 962010) and Shanghai Taxi Communication Assistance Service in the recent years. In 2010 the company has set foot in the telecommunication industry by issuing a SIM card product called "Strawberry SIM Card" supported by WCDMA network. Now the Shanghai Call Center is in one way keeping facilitating the commonweal service functions to fulfill it's responsibility of being a city infrustructure; in the other way as a company it's now developing the multi-lingual BPO business in various fields.
About the position:
Responsibilities:
1, Answer questions from callers according to the database;
2, Provide over-the-phone interpretation service between Mandarin and Russian;
3, Help the callers to file complaints on their unpleasant experience in the city
4, Meet customer requirements in a positive and professional manner
5, Give the service in English as well as French / German / Russian / Spanish / Italian / Malay/ Indonesian / Thai / Arabic/ Japanese, etc.
Qualifications:
* University degree or above, 2-year working experience is preferred but not a must
* Be fluent in both Chinese and English, native in Russian
* Be capable of other European languages is a plus;
* Know well about Shanghai and the Chinese culture;
* Be willing to engage in the social service;
* Be Well skilled in solving problems or disputes;
* Be service-oriented and detail-oriented;
* Be a quick learner and self-learner.
