Position Title: Sales Manager-located in Shanghai
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing (USA.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Work directly with existing and new customers in China to generate new sales.
– Create a sales strategy plan to identify and develop new customers and precision stamping opportunities.
– Develop and cultivate strong dialog and customer relations through effective and efficient interface with Customer purchasing, engineering, and quality and management functions.
– Manage and coordinate sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue goals.
– Provide effective liaison between Customer engineering and purchasing and company engineering and sales/customer service.
– Deal effectively with sustaining program issues: quality, delivery, price negotiations, and payment terms.
– Coordinate response and follow-up from sales leads.
– Assist management staff in developing additional marketing activities and sales strategies as required, including attendance and participation in industry trade shows and conferences.
– Keep abreast of important trends affecting customers and target markets.
– Prepare and revise sales forecast by product and customer types.
Required Skills/Knowledge
– Minimum 7 years’ experience in metal stamping industry.
– Minimum 4 years’ management experience.
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
– Prior history of sales results.
– Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales staff, engineering and manufacturing personnel.
– Fluent in both spoken English and spoken Chinese.
