African candidates’ requirements: 1 、 Bachelor degree or above, experience of study in China is preferred; 2 、 Have trading-related working experience and willing to work back to Africa is preferred; 3 、 Be proficient of middle/western African local languages (French, Arabic, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, etc.), as well as English, be able to use Chinese in daily communication; 4 、 Give priority to Ghanaian and Nigerian; 5 、 Known well of African culture and willing to business travel frequently.
