SUMMARY:
Play a leadership role in the development of RBC China E&E sourcing strategy and the implementation of E&E sourcing initiatives across RBC China and support related businesses globally.
This position will be responsible for managing all E&E suppliers in China entities, as well as support our global teams on managing their E&E supply base in China. It is a critical position and will be expected to play a strong role in assisting the global sourcing group in developing and implementing corporate E&E sourcing strategies and methods to improve plant profitability and performance.
