We are looking for an experienced individual in business process design and project management to help create and implement new management system restructuring and improvement initiatives.
1) Lead and manage new big project business structuring initiatives
2) Lead full implementation and continuous improvement for our relatively new ERP roll-out
3) To organize and perform project management duties for creating inter-departmental Standard Operating Procedures according to new company structure
4) To organize and lead project management duties for implementing our new robust internet based Document Control system
5) To be tasked with taking on new business process related Project Management duties to help drive implementation and closing the loop and bringing each project to a successful outcome.
Job Requirement:
1) University Degree in business related or engineering background
2) Formal training in Project Management or QA Business Processes
3) Formal training in Management Systems or proven experience and track record
4) Experienced in document control procedures and/or Standard Operating Procedures
5) Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6) Strong ability in creating flow charts and other business process documentation
7) Creative, flexible, and strong analytical skills
