Qualifications:
l Degree holder, preferably in real estate related disciplines.
l Sales or services industry background preferable
l 0 - 2 years of work experience in real estate industry (preferred)
l Knowledge of China and International real estate market, and in depth knowledge in the commercial estate is must. (preferable)
l Strong communication and negotiation skills.
l Strong interest on real estate industry and sales career
l Good command of English , Chinese and Cantonese
Responsibilities:
l Develop business through networking and cold calling
l Meeting clients and prepare proposals, reports, RFP, LOI, building comparison, financial analysis, conduct site inspections and conclude transactions
l Achieve revenue target set by the company
l Provide high quality professional tenant representation services
l Canvassing and updating building portfolio assigned by the director(s) including building particulars, stacking plan, tenants’ information and availabilities etc. into “SiteSolutions”
l Market information sharing with other team members as a team player
l Performed related duties as directed.
