Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of professional or consulting experience with strong industry knowledge
- Prior working experience in the Industrial, Chemical or Automotive sectors in China are preferred
- Regional working experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written; Mandarin and English

As the critical member of our North Asian team, the Regional Project Consultant (based in Shanghai) will be assigned a growth sector and be responsible for delivering search or consulting projects within China. You should be good in connecting with people of different cultures as well as strong passion in making a difference in talents' growth and clients' businesses. Coupled with a strong business sense, you are expected to value add as a business partner to client by providing strategic advice in their talent challenges and needs
