Quickly identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals best suited to consult on our highest priority client inquiries through e-mail and telephone marketing.
Grow the GLG Council Members by recruiting key thought leaders with basic industry professional recruiting campaigns, leveraging lists, associations, referrals and other relationships
Interview prospective Council Members as needed and capture critical data for Council Member profiles
Potential Candidates Possess:
Bachelor’s degree, or above
Three to five years working experience in healthcare, FMCG, real estate industry will be a plus.
Some networks and personal relationships in Japan.
Excellent communication skills over the telephone, e-mail, and in-person, in both Japanese and English.
Abilities to identify best match/solution of requests/questions, to manage cold calls, and to handle increasing responsibility over time.
Successful track record working in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive base salary plus year-end performance-based discretionary bonus
Vacation: 15 days and all government holidays
