Senior Consultant (positions available at various Senior Manager and Director levels) reporting to the VP of H&A’s Fraud Prevention and Integrity Risk practice which oversees investigative functions for all offices. This position is based in Shanghai.
The Fraud Prevention & Integrity Risk practice specializes in business solutions, which help our clients prevent, deter, detect and investigate fraud and other illegal acts and thereby create a workplace environment, which promotes integrity and responsible business practices.
Responsibilities – Project Management Experience for:
· Complex Fraud, Corruption and Intellectual Property Investigations
· Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Investigations
· Historical, Investigative and Reputational Corporate Due Diligence
· Fraud Risk & Ethics Client Assessments, Training and Consulting
· Anti- Money Laundering Investigations and Compliance Reviews
· Internal Training and Development of staff
Qualifications – We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals with:
· Experience with law enforcement, finance, accounting, investigative, or other consulting firms
· Prior risk consulting and investigative experience (5 to 10 years experience within a professional services environment)
· Experience in China
· Local Chinese or in country Asian expatriate preferred
· Prior case/project management experience
· Problem-solving and solution-oriented;
· Strong organizational skills
· Established relationships with US and European MNC
· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
