It's a R&D Position.
Perform development project under the supervision of team leader.
Perform technical service function both providing support for production staffs and marketing/sales staffs.
Meet customers periodically.
Essential Functions:
Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order of importance.
Show what percentage of the job accounts for each major activity.
1. Develop new products based on market requirement. | 50%
2. Periodically meet and provide technical service to customers | 15%
3. Modify current product based on market requirement. | 15%
4. Improve manufacturing process for existing products. | 10%
5. Acquire intellectual property from developing new products and improving current product and process. | 10%
Minimum - Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
Required - Polymer Science or other related background.
Education - In-depth knowledge and understanding of polymers.
Experience - Strong interpersonal skills, Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred - Ph. D degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
Education - Polymer Science or other related background.
Experience - Experience in polyurethane related work, Experience in polymer coating process, 7 years experience in Chemical, polyurethane or related, industry. (including graduate school)
