We are a young, dynamic and rapidly growing German start-up business for design furniture and accessories. We are looking for a Manager for our customer service team.
Key tasks including
Manage all customer relationships to ensure a superior shopping experience
Define and enforce standards for a high-quality customer service
Ensure timely response to all customer requests regarding products, orders, etc.
Support customers in their purchasing decisions
Track timely delivery of orders and address any issues pro-actively
Coordinate with other teams and ensure that customer insights get reflected in processes accordingly
Requirements
Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
Management experience
Experience in setting up efficient and effective processes
Strong communication skills
Passion for design and furniture
Very reliable and diligent
Self confident even in stress situations
Fluent in German
Willingness to work in line with German business hours
