Front Desk / Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
Arrange couriers & hand out letters and mail efficiently and economically
Order office stationary efficiently and economically
Create client code, expense sheet, payment voucher
Arrange work permit and residence permit for expat staff
Assist all the colleagues for daily paper work;
Organize business trip, arrange tickets, accommodation and transportation
Arrange meetings and appointments
Manage petty cash
Other duties as required
Requirements:
At least 2 year related experience as a receptionist or admin
College degree or above
Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good sense of responsibility and team work
