Le Fame (LF) is a young, rapidly expanding high-end fashion label. In two years we have grown from just 2 stores to opening our own factory, wholesale website and 6 retail/wholesale locations around China in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Hangzhou & Shanghai. 

LF is currently looking to hire an experienced, hands-on, revenue generating Business Development Manager to head up the online arm of the company: www.lefamefashion.com

The key mandate of this role will be to generate sales opportunities by meeting clients (independently owned boutiques) around China and introducing them to our online wholesale business. 
*Position reports to the General Manager*

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand the full range of products available on the website (including price, fabric, trend inspiration, etc). 
  • Organize business trips (city research, logistics, clothing samples, product catalogue, etc).
  • Travel frequently around China introducing our line of products to prospective clients while arranging follow-up meetings.
  • Analyze, negotiate and close profitable deals within existing LF sales parameters to meet quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Track sales trends through follow-up with existing customers regarding previous purchases and new product offerings. 
  • Develop and manage customer relations including client database. 
  • Analyze revenue streams and make recommendations for future sales growth.


Requirements:

  • Age between 20 - 30 preferred
  • Candidates with previous business development, negotiation or sales experience (specifically retail or clothing wholesale) will be given preference. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills a must. All client acquisition is done face to face so solid sales skills are essential for this position.
  • Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about current fashion trends.
  • Highly motivated and independent with good time management skills.
  • Fashion photography and/or photo-editing skills a plus.
