Sales Division Director (Location: Shanghai, China)
Report to Sales Director
Language requirement: Excellent English in both oral and writing
Main responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development and performance for one of sales teams activities in assigned market. Directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
2.Establishes regional plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales team.
3.Creating customized and innovative proposals and negotiating commercial contracts, based on a real expertise and a strong involvement.
4.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
5.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
6.Coordinate sales activity with other sales divisions within JCDecaux Group and with internal departments involved in the sales effort (Marketing/ Development & Operation Departments)
7.Reinforce JCDecaux Airport’s position in the market
The Ideal candidates must have the following characteristics:

9.University degree or above, major in marketing / business / management, MBA holder would be an advantage
10.Minimum 6 years’ experience in areas of sales development and team management with strong self-motivation.
