EF Language Learning Solutions is a fast growing business line within the EF group. We are launching new product features and markets in a fast pace and are now looking for a driven, web savvy Project Manager to join our Online Production team located in Shanghai. As a project manager you will be working closely with both business owners and developers, taking the primary responsibility for the project coordination and management of our website and online services.
Specific responsibilities include:
Project Coordination and Management:
? Creation of project plans, including project deliverables, detailed deployment schedules and project success criteria.
? Estimate time requirements: establish deadlines and monitor milestone completion.
? Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities to developers.
? Effectively applying our methodology and enforcing project standards.
? Scheduling and prioritizing individual task and projects and as well as plan for quality assurance procedures.
? Responsible for Meetings Minutes and decisions follow-up.
? Ensuring that project documentation is complete, up to date, and stored appropriately (spec, user guides etc.).
? Troubleshooting issues with members of the team located world-wide.
Language Requirements:
? Must have excellent communication skills in English.

? preferably possess a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
? > 3 years working experience.
? PMP certificate is considered a plus.
