We are an international food & beverage management company in Shanghai. Currently we are looking for a professional, vibrant and organised candidate to support our Managing Director to cover all PA duties and responsibilities. This role will require speed, accuracy and attention to details along with motivation, strong communication skills and enthusiasm about the food industry.
Duties:
* Diary and email management
* Producing agendas and documentation
* Compiling management reports and data recording
* Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and other parties if necessary
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Event management
* Dealing with personal confidential matters
* Assisting with producing management reports and analysing of management information
Skills required:
* 2+ years working experience (previous PA experience will be preferred)
* Good command of English, Mandarin and local Shanghai dialect
* Sharp knowledge of Shanghai
* Professional outlook with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with the highest level of discretion
* Excellent IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
* Energetic in approach with the ability to be self motivated and pro-active
