Key responsibilities:
? To consistently achieve/ out-perform sales targets within the set cost budget as agreed with the line manager
? Plan Strategically to maximise potential revenues in the assigned territory within China
? Generate leads, through networking, conduct cold calling and product presentations in order to achieve/ out-perform sales targets
? Represent WGSN professionally in the territory and present the WGSN services to prospects in a professional manner
? Project weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast to management ensuring accurate reporting at all times
? Ensure clients records and sales pipeline database are up-to-date
? To keep up to date with market movements and be constantly monitoring competitors
? Collaborate with and refer leads to colleague sales managers and to work effectively with Marketing on launching events and product campaigns
Requirement:
? Minimum 3-5 years of consultative corporate / B2B selling experience in China, preferably with subscription and or research sales background
? Highly computer literate: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
? Fluent in written and oral English, and Mandarin (written Simplified Chinese)
? A self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively
? Proactive and willing to learn
? Self motivated and result oriented
? Willing to travel and work under pressure
? Good team player
? Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
? Good telephone sales technique
Familiar with the fashion retail / manufacturing industry in China is a plus.
