Title of the position: Emerging Markets Coordinator
Department: Sales & Marketing.
Location: Shanghai.
Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing Strategy
Overall responsibility:
To assist and support all specific requirements made by the emerging markets channels by gathering the related information from the respective departments and to monitor that all processes are taken care off.
Key areas of responsibility:
- To maintain the emerging markets database and the online files archive.
- To aid in the developing of standardized product materials.
- To assist and reply to channels on their specific requirements.
- To monitor that all parties in Asiatelco Shanghai that are involved in the processes are communicating the correct information on a timely manner.
- To keep track of project timing and development.
- To assist on the preparation of customized samples for channels and to verify that these are within the requirement.
- To serve as a bridge between the Shanghai staff and international staff for all requirements, specifications and the alike on ongoing pre-approved projects.
- To Prepare Reports.
- To assist on the development of marketing materials.
- To collect data on new Product Requirements from sales channels and report on those.

Consults with Director of Sales & Marketing Strategy Term of employment 3 months training & trial period 12 months after first evaluation
Qualifications Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Education: College degree in a technical field is preferred. If Engineering (like Electrical Engineering), the candidate must be aware that this position is not for development of technology or devices.
Languages: The candidate must posses an advanced command of English. She/He must posses a very good verbal and listening comprehension ability and excellent Grammar and writing. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Computer skills: Candidate must be able to use software like a word processor (e.g. MS Word), spreadsheet (e.g. Excel), presentation software (e.g. Powerpoint) and the ability to learn-on-the-go other software packages. Some Knowledge of Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
Time schedule: Candidate must be capable of working long hours, Saturdays and late night hours from home due to the time difference with the sales channels.
