Reporting to the Managing Director, the CFO will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience managing multiple roles for a fast growing privately held company.
Responsibilities：
- To deliver financial reporting summaries to the company on a timely and regular basis.
- To ensure that there is a high standard of financial control within the organization. Where needed develop, implement, and control the company’s overall financial plans, budgets, and policies.
- Assist in providing financial data and guidance to support company operations and growth plans.
- To ensure all financial reporting meets international accounting standards and complies with the Group direction.
- Serve as a senior member of the management team providing leadership and mentoring as needed.
