Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Shanghai, China
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections
- Conduct factory audits
- Draft quality inspection reports
- Work with factories to improve production processes and quality management systems
- Drive continuous improvement and implementation of internal quality management processes
- Develop, coordinate, and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve quality
- Provide technical support to staff in other departments
- Support new product development
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in engineering or quality assurance field
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures
- Knowledge and experience with quality system development and implementation
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of inspection and testing techniques and equipment
- Fluent English
- Some knowledge of Chinese
- Highly organized
