Responsible for Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) China, primarily REIS Operations. REIS China is a subscription-based service, providing comprehensive coverage of office, retail, and residential property markets with coverage of 20 of China’s fastest rising cities. Coordinate and organize data collection from our 7 research offices in China, working with local research teams to compile Greater China intelligence. Conduct quality checks and ensure product is continuously improved to suit client requirements.
§ Coordinate and manage data collection and report writing in conjunction with analysts in 7 research offices in China
§ Assist and collaborate with other REIS team members on deliverables
§ Continuously improve and streamline REIS China from both operational and quality perspectives
§ Ensure data quality and analytic integrity
§ Assist in providing REIS clients with value added and relevant information from REIS China related services
§ Report to Associate Director, REIS China
