Foreigners are more inclined and appealed to learn Chinese language. Chinese character is one of the most fundemental componets to undertand .It is from some sense interpretable for instance the word "森"which is an ideographic character made up of three "木" (pronounced as "mu", meaning "trees" or "wood") radicals, indicating densely-grown trees. Therefore, the character has an extended meaning of "a forest".
As dense forests often give a dark and frightful feel, the character is usually used as an adjective, meaning gloomy and ghastly. It can also be used to describe a majestic and solemn atmosphere, as in the phrase “森严” (pronounced as "senyan", meaning "stern, strict or forbidding").
