| · Degree holder, with minimum 10 years experience in garment production management or garment quality assurance management, which includes at least 5 years of managerial experience
· Proven people management and coaching capability · Sound knowledge in garment construction, cutting, sewing, and finishing · Experience in working with retail and direct imports · Good knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, procedures, and best practice · Proven experience working in apparel factories in production (shop floor level), machinery used and quality management · Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English |
