PURPOSE OF ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a member of the management team, must use proper conduct in such a manner that sets the standards for the PROJECT staffs to follow in conduct Communicate effectively with clients, management, vendors and staff members in order to maintain a pleasant and productive work environment Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the operations with a high level of professionalism and making the proper decisions to espouse the uppermost levels of delivering quality service day in and day out Prepare all scheduling, budgeting, and specification for the works. Adhere to all company and client policies and procedures at all times Responsible for the pre- and post- contract stages from vetting tender documents, organising tender activities with sub-contractors and supplies, final negotiations to plan and schedule work activities as well as settlement of accounts with Owner, contractors /suppliers. Responsible for project budget and all daily operations, contract and scope administration. Plans project work schedule, coordinates and monitors work progress and supervises engineers, technicians and sub-contractors’ work at site. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : (Qualification / Knowledge and Skills Required) ? Minimum of a degree in Engineering / Building Sound medically (health), must be willing to receive annual check-ups Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction High command of the English language in speaking, writing, reading and comprehension other than Chinese language Knowledge in the latest statutory requirements Flexibility in hours able to work, minimum 8 to 10 hours per day or night or a combination of both to complete the task required in a project Demonstrate above average levels in organization , motivation and management skills Excellent project management and contract management skills Good management and people skills |
