Responsibilities:
1. Handle switch board
2. Greet and process visitors
3. Work with security on entry/exit security
4. May need to handle tasks such as conference room bookings
5. Mobile phones/calling card issuance
6. Monthly payment tracking
Requirements:
1. Good English skills (speaking & writing)
2. Experience on receptionist job
3. Customer service orientated
4. Good communication skills
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Good sense of responsibility
7. Computer skill in Word, Excel and Outlook
