is established by the Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education in mid 2005.  The College is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park and offers Associate Degree programmes as well as the central Government recognized Dazhuan programmes in China.

Requirements for College Lecturers:

A master’s degree in the relevant discipline; a PhD will be a definite advantage
3 years’ relevant teaching experience at tertiary level
Good communication and presentation skills
The ability to motivate students and manage classes effectively
Those with only a Bachelor’s degree may apply for the positions of Assistant Lecturers

Preference will be given to those with teaching qualifications, strong academic/professional background, experience in working/teaching in China, and proficiency in Putonghua.  Appointed candidates will be required to teach in English and perform other academic and administrative duties.

                           

Requirements for Lecturers teaching English Language:
A Master’s degree and first degree in English/TESL/TESOL and 2 years’ teaching experience; or
A Master’s degree and first degree in a relevant discipline and recognized English Teaching certification (e.g. CELTA, RSA) and 3 years’ teaching experience
