| Responsibilities: - Acquaint patients, families and visitors with Hospital services. Presentation of our services, fees and orientation of facilities. - Help patients throughout the prenatal checkup process and during there stay at the hospital. Respond to patients\' needs, requests and concerns as appropriate. Investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to appropriate Hospital staff. Assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families and staff. - Perform as a medical liaison between physicians, local consultants and patients. Promote establishment and maintenance of meaningful communications between patients, families and staff; facilitate dialogue between patients, physicians, nurses, and ancillary personnel to resolve patient complaints and problems. - Service improvement. Recommend establishment of policies and operating procedures to ensure positive patient-Hospital relations - Responsible for monitoring and follow up of patient鈥檚 insurance claim cases. - Doctor/patient translation (Chinese, English) as well as medical documents translation. - Responsible for patient鈥檚 appointment booking Job Requirements : - We鈥檙e looking for a female foreigner with language skills: Fluent English as well as Chinese are required, a third language preferable(French,Germany or Korean). - Advantage for applicant with medical education background or medical related experience - Effective communication skill and teamwork spirit, customer focus - Excellent phone skills - Well organized - Friendly and outgoing personality If you are interested in this offer, please don't hesitate to contact Alex by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
