Job Title:Engineering Supervisor Department:Engineering Division:Adhesives, Southern China Location:Humen, Guangdong Job Purpose To manage the engineering and maintenance department of the Adh & Emulsion plant in Humen, China with overall responsibilities in safety, repair & maintenance and capital project implementation. Specific Responsibilities and Authorities 1.Site equipment maintenance in TPM improvement and engineering project of engineering department of **-Humen site with adhesive plant and emulsion plant to ensure equipment run-ability. 2.Site engineering improvement projects and capital investment project. 3.Incorporating safety and health guidelines and procedures on work processes, equipments, work activities and worksite practices etc. Relationships and Contacts 1.Report to Engineering Manager, Humen Plant. 2.Frequent contacts with Operations Manager, Production Manager etc. 3.External contacts with Supplier, government etc. Job Requirements 1.Five years working experience in equipment management and maintenance in multinational company. 2. Experience in PLC and facility of electric maintenance in multination Manufacturing plant. 3. University graduated major in electric or mechanical engineering. 4.
