| Job Description:
Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly statutory finance report in accordance with GAAP, In charge of accurate, timely generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports; Provides monthly financial analysis reports such as Inventory, AR analysis, Accrue analysis etc to support management in decision-making process Ensure the accounting records are timely and accurate; prepare general ledgers and post in system. Reconciliation of GL relative Assist to process improvement projects, focusing on identification of control weakness and inefficiency, Organizes dependable transaction processes (FA, A/R, A/P, GL, FX); protect company assets through these systematic processes (security, inventories, financial controls, confidentiality); Supervise junior accountant to conduct the cash and banking transaction in time and accurate manner; Ensure control environment is appropriately addressed Backup for other team members and handle ad hoc affairs Requirement: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance Major At least 3 years finance related working experience in a foreign company or JV on GL or Analyst position CICPA, ACCA, or CGA holder is a plus Strong in GL, Taxation and Accounts Receivable management Fluent English (written & spoken). CET6 Good communication and interpersonal skill. Honest, Self-motivated, Open-minded, hard working, a quick learner Manufacturing plant environment working experience is a plus capable of achieving job objectives of this position.
