| Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project operation and management, making sure the projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirement - Responsible for developing project plan including project goals, time schedule & budget plan, and tracking the execution against the plan - Responsible for coordination internally and externally, regularly call project management meeting to analysis status and raise resolution for related issues - Responsible of reporting progress and status of the projects - Responsible for evaluating and improving work efficiency and reducing the cost. Qualifications - Bachelor degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering or tunnel construction experience - Familiar with project management, capable to manage projects independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in oral & written English - Project Management experience in Tunneling industry is a plus.
