PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Plan, issue and control material demands in order to meet roduction scheduling requirements on a daily basis. 2.Coordinate with internal departments on master scheduling, finished goods delivery and material management. 3.Advise management of status of work in process, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed; 4.Analyze inventory usages and scrap factors. 5.Coordinate interdepartmental activity with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering. 6.Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas. 7.Establish internal policies and develop effective material planning and controlling processes strategically 8.Plan, control and monitor on-time supply of material flow on production lines 9.Responsible for on-time order fulfillment and shipment adherence as scheduled ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Leading a team of material staff responsible for purchasing, PMC, and store operation 2.Responsible for the production control, scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing plan for raw materials 3.Implement J.I.T. and achieve the target on planning and material control as per the company growth strategy 4.Ensure punctual distribution for production plan and material needs to the relevant functions 5.Ensure the move of products and material in plant in compliance with the related procedure 6.Meet the requirement of inventory control and the accuracy of quantity 7.Work closely with Production Department to make sure the scrap is maintain at a low level KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a Univesity diploma or equivalent. 2.Hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRPII application. 3.Computer skills in MS office software 4.Good inter-personal relationship and good communication skill 5.Good command of English & Mandarin and good communication skills 6.Familiar with PRC customs procedures WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
