  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Job Summary:
-Develop and deliver high quality training programs as an internal trainer;
-Support Organization & Leadership Development(O&LD) manager and facillity HRD group to roll out and follow-up organizational development projects; 
-As an internal consultant to provide consulting services to various Southco departments, groups and associates; 
-Address and coordinate Aisa Pacific annual training plan; 
-Support some global/regional initiatives, such as Apprenticeship program, Internship program, knowledge transfer related projects, etc. 

Main Responsibilities:
1. TRAINING: (1) Design and deliver some training programs independently or within O&LD manager's support; (2) Follow up training results; (3) Optimize training processes to improve working effectiveness. (4) Support to orientation/induction training delivery.
2. COORDINATING: (1) Independently assess development goals and training needs from Southco associates and departments, formulate annual/monthly training plan; (2) Execute Annual/monthly training plan through working with internal trainers, HRD or outside consultants/vendors; coordinating participants list and checking attendance rate for each training program. (3) Work with Southco Aisa Pacific OPEX team to coordinate Lean related training programs. (4) Support Southco Corporate for the quarterly People Survey, support HRD manager to follow the action plan based on People Survey results. (5) Work with HRD team to coordinate the Southco Asia Pacifc Itnernship Program, the Apprenticeship program. (6) Coordinate High-growth development program.
3. CONSULTING: Work with O&LD manager and facility HRD manager to provide internal consulting and support to the individuals, groups, departments and organization in the areas of Performance Management, Competency Development, and Organization/Team Effectiveness

Job Requirements:
1. BA/BS in related field required 
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Training&Development, Organization Development or General HR function. Possess management /leadership, Interpersonal facilitation skills, Coaching skills, project management skills are prferred
3. Some experience in involving and developing training/OD projects.
4. Some experience in organization development/internal consulting is preferred.
