  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall retail operations of the kids’ wear business in China, in line with the organisation’s goals and objectives.   Your responsibilities include management of the retail stores as well as franchisee operations, production, sourcing and merchandising, sales & marketing, administration and human resource. You will also plan marketing and branding strategies, expansion of outlets and take responsibility for the sales and profitability of the retail operations. You should possess the ability to drive operational improvements and other retail initiatives.


The successful candidate should have a degree or professional qualifications in retail management, marketing, sales or business related disciplines.   You should have at least 8 years of retail experience in a management position, with a track record of success in managing retail outlets for apparel, and/or accessories in the China market.   Knowledge of Mandarin is a requirement.  You should be strategic, creative and analytical and possesses strong organization and leadership skills. You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English.
