- Directly lead Shop leader and site managers - Organize the workload of the Department - Supervise all projects installation - Lead and teach the employees - Control internal cost (hours) and the projects budget - Grow up the department in according with company requirements - Keep COF as low as possible - Supervise site activities Requirements - Good leadership - More then 10 years experience in B&W field - Good knowledge of manufacturing processes - Fluent English - Good capacity to balance the risks with opportunities - Honesty - Self confidence - Able to self organize complex processes. - Able to choose the “best solution” |
