| Job Description:
1. Plan, manage, lead multiple localization projects to achieve schedule, quality and cost requirements. 2. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders (like product Marketing, development engineering and localization vendor) to get the requirements and deliver result. 3. Follow and improve localization workflow and process, and provide support to team to achieve result. Requirements: 1. Two or more years of project management or leading experience, plus three years of software engineer experience. 2. BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required. 3. Excellent project planning, management and execution. Be good on resource, priority management, and problem solving skill to fulfill project on schedule with quality. 4. Be good on manage multiple projects parallel, and work with team to achieve result. 5. Excellent to identify the issues in workflow and process, and make continual improvements accordingly. 6. Good English written and verbal communication skills, as well as Chinese. |
