Alcanta Vocational school of Foreing Languages Profile

Location – Alcanta Vocational School of Foreign Languages is located at No. 176 Yun Xiang Lu,，TongheStreet, to the east of the Baiyun Mountain Resort. The school has a building area of 27,000m2 and is equipped with modern teaching and learning facilities and can hold up to 2000 students.
Key Programs–The school offers 3-year diploma programs in Business English, Business Japanese, Tourism and Management, Computer Science, E-business, Marketing and Secretarial Studies.
Students’ Profile – Currently, there are about 1900 full-time students studying on campus. They age between 15 and 18, and come from different parts of China. There are a small number of students who come from abroad. After graduation from the school, they either pursue further study in China or abroad, or find a job. 
Faculty – Providing academic service to students are two departments: Department of Foreign Languages and Department of Fundamental Courses. There are more than 70 full-time, committed and professional Chinese and Western teachers.
As for recruitment of foreign teachers, our requirements are as follows:

1. Native Speakers of English (Canadian, British, Australian, New Zealanders or American)
2. Bachelor degree.
3. TEFL or TESOL certificate is preferred; 
4. Two-year-plus teaching experience in school；
5. Committed, responsible and professional; 
6. With good presentation and interpersonal skills; 
7. Available for six months or one year contract；
8. Below 60 of age (experienced and older persons are also considered)




As for recruitment of music teachers, our requirements are as follows:

1. Native Speakers of English (US, UK, Australia, Canadian, New Zealand)
2. Bachelor or Music Degree
3. Two-year plus music teaching experience 
4. Committed, responsible and professional
6.  A strong passion for music and the arts
7.  Available for six months or one-year contract
8.  Below 60yrs. of age (experienced and older persons are considered)
