| I. Job Description
－Implement and development cost accounting process, ensure accuracy and on time delivery of cost information. －To set up and maintain Standard cost in ERP (SAP) system, be responsible for optimizing costing structure and developing costing report in the system to meet operational and management requirements. －To prepare several cost reports and analyze cost variance between actual, forecast and budget as per requirement of management. －To emphasize on cost accounting, analysis and control, including material, lab, burden and overhead etc, moreover, to provide effective and valuable solution on saving cost. －Supervise inventory, materials, lab, overhead cost, excise internal cost control and communicate with both internal and external of company on the costing issue. －Enforcing internal control standards in invoice checking, purchasing, inventory. －To review all accounting vouchers and general ledger. －To carry out other works assigned by plant controller and other higher management. II. Requirements 1.University degree, major in accounting, CPA is preferred. 2.2-4 years experience in Foreign Investment Enterprise, in which at least 2 years experience to work as cost accountant. 3.Good business English in written and oral. 4.Experience with ERP systems, SAP is preferred. 5.Good at internal or external communication skills. 6.Good understanding on budget, forecast and actual financial information. 7.Good PC skills are essential.
