| 1、 Manages and computes the accounting and financial activities for the plant and provides all necessary information to keep management informed of all pertinent accounting and financial activities.
2、Responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions which involve accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll, material and cost accounting, and general accounting records. This encompasses controlling the flow of information into the accounting department that comes from all aspects of the business. 3、Provide financial and cost information to all levels of plant management and provides requested financial and cost information to the regional headquarters in Shanghai, BU control in Zwevegem, and corporate departments. He maintains direct contact with every department in the plant 4、Responsible to prioritize to control all IT projects and related activities at the plant to ensure optimum operation, security and integrity of the systems. In this sense the plant controller will provide planning and instruction for multi-task projects and report on a timely basis all financial dispositions of IT projects, as well as the operational expenses of the IT department 5、Along with his direct reports, establishes systems and procedures in the accounting/financial management area and in the plant information resources area, including mainframe operations, program development, hardware/software maintenance and PC support 6、Responsible for providing financial analysis to management relating to all financial activities of the plant. 7、Responsible for controlling the capital appropriation requests at the plant and assists in the calculation of the financial return of the projects 8、Responsible for all plant cost data for ensuring the collection of accurate cost data. This involves developing, analyzing, establishing and applying standards for manufacturing, contracting, etc. 9、Organize and maintain a plant accounting and financial reporting system that is structured to fulfill overall Bekaert reporting requirements and best reflects the state of the business 10、Exercises effective personnel leadership, supervision and communications consistent with a desired social environment to ensure achievement of accounting and IT objectives 11、Plan, organize and coordinate the operation of the data processing group by fostering employee involvement and motivation in order to properly service the internal and external informational requirements in line with the BU IT strategy 12、Responsible for direction and management of plant accounting as follows: Payroll: Plant payroll activities General ledger: Financial statements, preparation, financial analysis and financial forecasting. 13、Cost accounting: Product costing, manufacturing efficiency data, plant performance indicators 14、Accounts payable: Processing and matching invoices for payment Fixed assets: Fixed asset records and depreciation 任职要求： 1. University degree in finance, business and/or economics 2. Minimum 8 years experiences in financial related positions ( accounting, control, treasury, tax, costing, projects ) with MNC, full coverage of the mentioned areas would be an absolute plus 3. Minimum 5 years experiences at managerial positions 4. Necessary experiences of working with third parties (audit firm, professional consulting firms, lawyers) and authorities’ officers (MOFTEC, AIC, TAX, Custom, Development Zone, Municipality 5. Be able to propose, decide and execute with autonomy and authority 6. Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in assertive tones 7. Have strong skills in oral and written communication 8. Have strong skills in analysis and synthesis as well as very sharp insight into complicated issues and convey these issues in very simple and understandable ways to others 9.
