| Job description and Responsibilities:
1. Work with our Chinese teachers and American educational experts to develop suitable English curriculum and teaching materials for each group of students. 2. Design suitable lesson plans according to the students’ English ability and look for great English curriculum and teaching materials. 3. Give suggestions on improving our online English teaching programs. Qualifications: 1. Native English speaker; 2. Minimum 2 years' ESL teaching experience with international students, especially Chinese ; 3. Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognized university; 4. Good communication skill and cooperation ability 5. Good understanding of Chinese students’ English learning. |
