  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Responsibilities

-Responsible for all legal affairs within or in connection with KN China and Macau.

-Contract / document reviewing and translation from Chinese to English where deemed necessary.

-Marine Liability Claim handling with the assistance of the KN Claims Center in Hong Kong.

-Court case coordination 

-Provide legal training to business related departments;

-Legal Contract / document filing 

-Responsible for reporting issues/matters arising out of above mentioned duties to KN Hkg Management and Legal Counsel Asia Pacific.

-Communicate with KN Claims Center in Hong Kong 

-Communicate with external law firm for litigation/arbitration


Requirement

-LLM or LLB graduated from recognized law school in China or overseas.

-At least 3 years legal working experience in law firm, freight forwarding, shipping, marine underwriter, or other relative industry. 

-Excellent written and spoken communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
