Principal Accountabilities
1. Overall responsibilities for Sales, Call Centres and Operations in South Region, Greater China; 2. Develops business plan and strategies for South Region Greater China; 3. Controls the development and sales to achieve business target, customer growth, segments increase and profitability targets; 4. Establishes short, medium and long-term business objectives; 5. Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met; 6. Establishes sales related budgets and controls expense of the South Region, Greater China; Manages and maintains a balanced organization possessing the necessary flexibility, Skills, Know How and experience University graduates or above, major in marketing/Electronic/Electrical; MBA holder is ideal; 10 Years of managerial experience in Electronic Industry. Has solid experience in Sales /Marketing; People Management and development experience; Selling & Negotiation skills; Strong communication skills; Planned and well organised; Achievement orientation with strong drive; Broad based business experience; Team Player; Strong influencing/networking skills; Branch start-up experience; Excellent Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
