Job Description
1. Middle-rank managerial position, set main goals and plans within his authority, make related policies and regulations or aid superiors in the execution; 2. Handle daily issues of departments, and manage, direct, train and evaluate their employees; 3. Organize sales operation, including plan, organization, progress control and review; 4. Aid the sales Director to set sales objectives, patterns, strategies, budgets and incentive plans; 5. Set up and manage sales team and reach sales objectives; 6. Make instructive proposals on product R&D from the perspective of sales and clients requirements. Requirements: 1.Familiar with marketing and sales. 2.No less than diploma with major in logistics. 3.Fluent in English both in speaking and writing 4.Three years experience in Sales management,have knowledge with international forwarding operation will be a plus. 5.Can work in pressure and adapt high-intensity work environment. 6.Familiar with International freight forwarders and have relevant resource will be a plus |
