Job Description 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:

·     Serves as the in-house legal counsel and liaison with outside law firms, and required to represent the company in legal proceedings or legal negotiations if necessary. 

·         Responsible for advising all legal matters that affect the company’s business operations in China, including government requirements, foreign exchange payment processes and corporate governance issues, employment legislation and litigation, national and overseas business contracts etc., and preparing pertinent legal reports accordingly.   

·         Implements government and public affairs policies by interpreting new regulations and laws, if any, keeping management informed, recommending strategies. Interprets new regulations and laws, develops action plans, and recommends of public policy strategies.

·         Ensure the Company strictly abiding by the Chinese company laws and regulations, executing all of the internal rules in earnest and enforcing the perfect internal control.

·         Work with various departments of the Company on reviewing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements.

·         Represent the Company in all matters under the negotiation with the regulatory bodies and advise business departments on legal aspects of business with customers.

Knowledge Skill and Experiences:

·         Possesses in-depth knowledge of company laws and relevant disciplines. Expertise in delivering professional legal solutions that aligned with multiple international legal frameworks and environments

·         Experience and expertise to manage multiple stakeholders and complex relations including the functional relations

·         Strong analytical and monitoring skills

·         Good judgment and innovative enabling the provision of sound advice in difficult areas of legal and compliance

·         An inquisitive approach to practices, procedures, new business and specific transactions

·         Personal authority, integrity and ethics

·         Fluent in English and Chinese
