| Responsibilities
l This person will supervise a strong financial, and accounting/control organization that accepts accountability for timely and high-quality performance. l Handle investor relationship, and interface with outside attorneys for legal issues, auditors l Work closely with other members of the executive team on new investments, mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships and alliances. Take a leading role in the due diligence required for these transactions. l Will provide support to the front line managers, assisting to maximize revenues and optimise financial results. Leverage and consolidate international finance to improve accuracy and speed of all commercial activities with clients, channels, suppliers and third parties globally. Qualifications & Experience l Ideally, he/she will have experience concentrated in the semiconductor, electronics, technology service or manufacturing sectors. M&A experience is highly desired. l The person we seek will be an outstanding businessperson with an affinity for technology-enabled companies. l He/she will have a talent for handling strategic and operational maters outside the traditional financial functions.
