Job Description 
Job Profile: 

The associate in this role will be a highly leveraged professional who possesses both breadth and depth of knowledge in one or more consulting solutions areas including;

 

·         Executive total rewards experience in the design, valuation and implementation of Executive compensation program, and cash or equity-based long term incentive programs;

·         In-depth knowledge about the legal, accounting, and tax implications of the executive total rewards program for executives at both Chinese companies and multinational companies in China;

·         Familiar with the market trends regarding effective corporate governance and compensation committee.

·         Business leadership – Defines the business strategy and operational model to help enhance Hewitt’s executive compensation practice in the Greater China market and ensure the practice is developed in alignment with Hewitt’s overall consulting strategy.

·         Client leadership – Acts as the content leader to actively participate in business development activity, project delivery and key client relationship management.

·         Thought leadership – Leads the development of customized consulting offers and methodologies to meet existing and future client needs in the area of executive compensation

·         Capability build-up – Provide coaching and mentoring for a highly selected group of consultants/analysts and to build the team for the long-term success of the Executive Compensation business in Greater China.


Qualification:

·         Strong business development capability and is a results-driven individual

·         Strong business acumen and has a credibility to liaise with and communicate effectively with senior government officials, CEO’s, Board members, etc.

·         High degree of adaptability and flexibility in dealing with legal/governance/State owned enterprises in China

·         Ability to work in a team-based environment

·         Excellent in client relationship management and/or project management

·         Excellent analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills

·         Client orientation and enjoys providing solutions that impact on clients’ business results

·         Post-graduate degree, MBA preferred

·         3 to 5 years of people management experience is a plus

·         Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties
